About Dr. Hart
I am a licensed psychologist in Highland Village, Texas. I hold a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Texas Woman's University and a M.A. in counseling from St. Edward's University. As a psychologist, I am passionate about helping people lead more satisfying lives. My focus is on relieving suffering, promoting healing, and increasing well-being.
Common client concerns in my practice include anxiety, panic, depression, relationship issues, emotion regulation problems (outbursts, etc.), impulsivity, substance abuse/addiction, and trauma. I have special expertise working with clients grappling with high-pressure situations and challenging life transitions (career, divorce, grief, identity). I am devoted to helping people fully flourish and make meaningful changes in their lives. My clients consist of adolescents and adults across the lifespan.
Using an individualized approach, I work with clients to explore their concerns, build on their strengths, identify solutions, initiate changes, and reach their goals. I provide a warm, accepting, and collaborative environment. Clients can expect me to be genuine, deeply interested, and fully accepting.
